Carlo began his career as a plumber, earning his plumber certification before advancing with an HVAC/R certification and a Gas A certification. Carlo and his wife, Kelly, built Avanti Mechanical from the ground up, balancing their growing business with raising three children. Carlo managed sales, service, and installations, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction, while Kelly efficiently handles the office operations. Their hard work and dedication have shaped Avanti Mechanical into the trusted company it is today, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and excellence.

Through Skilled Trades BC, Avanti has proudly signed off on many five-year certification tickets, showcasing their commitment to comprehensive training and development.
